  Today was my second visit to Hickleys in Taunton. I wanted two supplied Transit keys programmed and cut and was greeted by Daisy in Reception. I unfortunately did not have the opportunity of thanking the technician who performed the work on our keys, but may I extend my thanks to him/her for doing a great job. It may be a repetitive one for which little thanks are offered, but please know that you made us very happy today, as we now each have our own key to our recently acquired Transit motorhome which only had one key with it! A company relies on good workmanship which is the foundation of its success and Hickleys have certainly gone from strength to strength on those foundations. Equally as important to clients are the first impressions of the company, in short, the reception one experiences on the first and hopefully subsequent visits. Daisy (and I do hope we have spelt her name correctly) was on duty and greeted both my wife and I with a smile which put the sun to shame, today! She chatted away to us, and to the computer, and in doing so welcomed us into a fresh Hickleys experience. With an air of efficiency, professionalism and flair, she created the job sheet, demonstrating, in answering my questions, a thorough knowledge of the companies products. She has all the qualities necessary to welcome clients with her chatty and friendly manner, and in short is the most amazing ambassador for the company - you should be truly proud of her. You have at your core the secret of success in the modern competitive market place, somebody who makes you feel welcome, that you have made the right choice, and more importantly, want to return. Well done. An overall 100% enjoyable experience today, thanks to the team at Hickleys
