  A very disappointing experience, especially after reading so many good reviews. I took my car in on the Friday to get a leaking door fixed. Was told they wouldn't have time to do the work so I agreed they could keep it overnight. Was told they couldn't get the replacement seal on Saturday so went to pick up the car and was given a bill for £50. Took the car back in for the following Friday as agreed and was told they had no record that I was due to bring it in that day, in spite of the Scottish employee clearly telling a colleague that he needed to contact the car manufacturer on Monday to order the seal for the following Friday. Took the car in the following Friday and specifically asked that they contact me when the car was ready. Despite giving them my home number and my mobile number no call was forthcoming. Phoned them up to be told the car was ready. Went to pick up the car to be told the bill was £150!! I explained that I had already paid £50 for the Saturday when they weren't able to do the work and asked for that to taken into account. Was told I would have to pay £150 in addition to the £50 already paid despite no work being done on the first Saturday. After a bit of complaining was able to get £25 deducted. I was told the high price was due to them testing the car for leaks!!! To rub salt into the wounds a week after the work was done I still have a leak!!!
