  Slow to deal with you, not shown that the things I mentioned had been done ( I found things that seemed not to have been addressed.) They didn't get back to my questions on a service plan. I will probably go elsewhere for my next service

  Took a car to the dealership after checking for a fault code relating to a check engine light that wouldn't read on my OBD2 scanner. I was told I must make an appointment as diagnostic technicians were all busy (to plug in a laptop and read a code). The next appointment available was for in a week which i could not accommodate as I am driving the car back to Germany. Very dissatisfied as the fault code could be important and therefore cause a problem with the engine but they want me to deal with this problem for a week. This workshop is not very helpful if you a traveler
